In-State vs. Xavier Bailey, Mr. Mangione secured an acquittal in this eyewitness homicide trial in Somerset County after two hung jury trials. This gang-related homicide case was one of a handful of not guilty verdicts in murder trials in Somerset County in nearly fifty years.

Louis also has an extensive personal injury and municipal court practice deriving from his large client base in Perth Amboy and surrounding areas. Additionally, Mr. Mangione is experienced in family court matters involving divorce, custody, child support, visitation and domestic violence hearings.
